We are licensed by the Ministry of Finance Thailand and regulated by the Bank of Thailand (BOT).
We also hold the highest level of international data security standard – PCI-DSS Level 1. A standard that is also held by large financial institutions such as VISA and Mastercard.
Currently, we only have one branch in Bangkok.

Documents needed for registration are:
Individual Registration
For Foreigners:
Primary Document- Valid Passport
Secondary Document (Any One)- Valid Visa, Valid Work Permit, any government issued document like Driving License, Military Id Card, or Birth Certificates. You may also use your home country govt id cards for secondary document.
For Thai Citizens:
Primary Document- Thai Citizen ID Card
Secondary Document (Any One): Any government issued document like Driving License, House Registration, Military Id Card, or Birth Certificate.
Corporate Registration
Documents needed:
- Company Certificate
- Copy of List of shareholder’s names (Bor or Jor 5)
- A copy of the passport or Thai ID of the authorized director
- A copy of the financial statement (Last year)
In case the authorized director does not transact the transaction by himself/herself (documents used for power of attorney)
- Power of Attorney
- A copy of the authorized person's ID card
If you use our mobile application to transfer money, you will need a bank account and mobile application to complete the payment process. If you transfer with us at our branch, you can make a cash payment.

Currently, we only have money transfer service from Thailand to Overseas. We can transfer money to 60+ countries across the globe.
For Outbound Transactions(Thailand to Overseas): We do not support cash pickup service, We only support bank account transfer.
For Inbound Transactions (Overseas to Thailand): Customers can pickup cash at 6 Big C branches accross Thailand.

Our Standard fees starts at 111 THB per transaction {inclusive of taxes (Except China, Taiwan, Japan and South American countries)}
For China, Taiwan, Japan and South American countries, transfer fee is 333 THB per transaction (Inclusive of Taxes)
For Business Transactions (B2B & B2P), transfer fee is 399 THB per transaction (Inclusive of Taxes)
For USD transfers to Taiwan, transfer fee is 899 THB per transaction (Inclusive of Taxes)

There is no deduction at the beneficiary bank. The beneficiary gets the full amount the sender has transferred.
Your funds are transferred real-time. The time taken for funds to be credited depend on the destination country time zone, bank working hours and the fact that the destination bank is enabled for real-time payments. Incorrect bank details entered by sender and request for additional information requested by our compliance team or our processing agent's compliance team can also cause a minor delay. Our priority is to help your money reach your intended recipient as soon as possible.
The service currently allows payouts to 60+ different countries around the world. The transfer can be made directly into the receiver's Bank account.

You can check the status of your transactions on the “Recent Activities” section on the Mobile app homepage. You can also check the “Transfer history” section to know the status of your transaction.
Due to time zone difference, USA transactions are completed on T+1 basis and the payment status should be updated on T+2 basis.
Please note that some transactions may be affected as the USA Banking ACH payment system is unavailable during the public holidays and weekends.
Transactions may also be delayed due to certain transaction conditions, regulatory issues, receiver or sender documentation/ identification requirement.
For currency exchange a Valid ID Card like Passport, National ID Card or Driving License is required.
